Choreographic training, in which different styles of dance are combined, musicality developed, improvisation exercises performed. The session is suitable for both beginners and advanced, as alternative movements are provided as needed. During the sessions movements required for choreography are practiced, new movements both with and without the pole are learned. The main focus is on the ability to express and convey emotions through body language, depending on the chosen music and the nature of the dance. Recommended clothing - comfortable, loose, leggings or pants, socks, long sleeve shirt and knee pads, no shoes required.
