Sport is a great tool not only to strengthen the body but also to improve the emotional condition while communicating with other mothers, whose worries are the same at ths period. While the little ones are crawling and squealing, mothers perform complex exercises - the focus is on strengthening the whole body and forming a beautiful conformation. Each workout is unique and not boring - various inventory used, flexibility improved, different load modes applied. All exercises can be done in several ways depending on each mommy’s personal level of physical fitness, so you can join these classes at any time.
