FOR BEGGINERS - INTRO PROGRAM
For people who have not encountered Pole Dance so far, first 2 months we recommend to Intro Program, which will allow to get used to Pole Dance gradually, try different types of workouts. During the Intro Program, it is recommended to attend at least 6 Pole Intro sessions within 2 months (the rest may be Splits (stretching) or Strip (choreography without poles). It is important to mention that poles are shared only during Pole Intro workouts, because at the very beginning it is physically difficult to train for a full hour at full load. At the end of the Intro Program, we invite you to purchase a higher level Memberships, where trainings are continuing in cozy and small groups, where poles are no longer shared. This gradually ensures your strength, sufficient coach attention and faster overall progress.
FOR PEOPLE WITH POLE DANCE EXPERIENCE
You can immediately choose from all of our Memberships and attend appropriate workouts in small groups where there is no need to share the poles. It is recommended to choose workouts after properly assessing your level according to the duration of previous attendance:
Intermediate - Pole Sport / Pole Exotic up to 2 years.
Advanced - Pole Sport / Pole Exotic more than 2 years.
