LEVEL - All levels, after Intro program.

DURATION - 1 hour.


A unique workout for both men and women. Classes develop strength, flexibility, coordination, a lot of time is devoted to intensive warm-up of the whole body, various muscle strengthening exercises. Much attention is paid to physical preparation and strengthening of the body. Recommended outfit - leggings / trousers and socks for warm-up (especially in winter), during the remaining session - shorts and a T-shirt.
