TYPE - Pole Sport


Intermediate, up to 2 years (Thursdays)

Advanced, after 2 years (Wednesdays)

DURATION - 1 hour.



Session for true Pole Sport category enthusiasts. During the workout all tricks and combinations are performed on a spinning pole, which requires much more strength and coordination, but even the simplest things look much more impressive. The goal of the training is to easily repeat on a spinning pole all the tricks, learnt on the static one. This is a very important skill for those who want and plan to perform, participate in competitions and feel completely free in the world of Pole Dance.
