Playful specialized training for our youngest members (7-14 years old), the main goal of which is to develop a love of sports, the joy of movement and active leisure from a young age. The classes use a variety of equipment (special, strong strips of material, bows and vertical axes - poles), learn many different tricks and their combinations, so the little ones will not have to get bored, fight monotony and lose the will to continue sports. Air acrobatics primarily develops children's coordination, balance and, of course, flexibility, and in the long run you will notice not only the strengthening of a small athlete's muscles, the resulting freedom of movement, but also growing self-confidence, stubbornness, endurance and patience.
