Favorite trick - "I find it very fascinating to both see and do tricks on the spinning pole - you curl up and let the pole reveal all the beauty of the trick, so: Gargoyle, Seahorse, Snowflower"

Passion – homemade nut butter made with love.

Dream - "To be able to fulfill all my dreams".

Nothing in this world happens without a reason, so Beatrice was apparently destined to stop by Flame's Christmas party in December 2019. And the very next day to write to us about the beginner's lessons, and then just stick to it and stay: "Training quickly became a very constant routine, without which I could not imagine my life. Feeling the joys of new achievements and the increasing range of physical abilities (muscles started to strengthen, endurance increased, flexibility improved, movement plasticity appeared) led to me staying for a long time! And let's not even talk about self-confidence and an ever-improving relationship with your own body." Before pole dancing, the girls' free time was also dominated by active activities - gymnastics, dancing, figure skating, diving, basketball, muay thai, outdoor tennis, walking, running, cycling, swimming, skiing, mountain climbing, etc.:

"I was always curious to try different ways of moving, to teach my body some new ability - whether it was waterboarding, or tracks in the trees, or finally the heart-stopping Pole dance."

Despite her active lifestyle, the girl chose to study a profession that requires more concentration and earned a bachelor's degree in psychology at Vilnius University. Then absolutely original decision followed to go to Rome and pursue a master's degree in sexology. However, sports and a healthy lifestyle had already become too big an idea in  Beatrice's head, so not being afraid to do as her heart calls, she dropped out of her studies after the first semester, returned to Lithuania and started training as a health and fitness instructor (EREPS - European register of exercise professionals, EQF level 3), which she successfully completed and already in October 2022 was happy to become a certified instructor. The sporty girl believes that her bachelor's degree in psychology "matches" current professional ideas, because during her bachelor's studies she got to know more about sports psychology for the first time, and this experience encouraged Beatrice to look at the quality of human life in a comprehensive way: "a healthy lifestyle is not only physical , but also psychological well-being".

Although Beatrice is still really young, she surprises with her values and incredibly mature, sustainable outlook of the world and a fulfilling way of life, which majority of us could learn. In her everyday life, Beatrice focuses on comprehensive health: she combines physical activity, work, studies, psychological health practices, rest and a healthy plant-based diet: "Veganism is an inseparable topic of everyday life, contributing to my values of doing good and living fully with every meal. I want to show those who are curious about the importance of veganism and that it does not limit athletic or any other possibilities at all, it is diverse, adaptable to almost everyone and possible with ease!" Beatrice's goal and mission today is to encourage others to achieve the best feeling of well-being in every sense, and since the girl believes that the best specialist is the one who never stops learning, she is constantly looking for ways to improve herself and her plans include endless nutrition, health, and training courses. At Flame, we feel blessed to be able to follow Beatrice's journey of professional growth up close.

P.S. the text was written in the fall of 2022, today (September 2023) the list of Beatrice's certificates is getting longer:
