SERVICE PROVISION RULES
I. GENERAL PART
1. The purpose of these Service provision rules, provided by the Studio and their application is to determine the procedure for the provision of the Services in the Studio as well as the mandatory safety, hygiene and other requirements for the Member, for the Studio, and also to ensure a high quality of the Services provided by the Studio.
2. In the event of changes in market conditions, legal regulations, as well as in the presence of other objective grounds, the Studio has the right to change these Rules at any time by publishing their current (amended) version on its website at www.poleflame.lt
Each time while purchasing new Membership Member agrees with latest version of Rules.
3. The terms used in the Rules have the meanings specified below in these Rules or in the Service Provision Agreement (Sports, Dance and Acrobatics):
3.1. Member (hereinafter - Member) is a person, Member of the Studio, who has purchased: Membership for a specified period in accordance with the established procedure; obtained additional paid Services.
3.2. Membership – the option of Services provision chosen by the Member, by which the Parties have agreed on the term of providing of the Services, the price of Services, and other conditions. Membership options and their prices are published on the website of the Studio at https://www.poleflame.lt/narysciu-isigijimas
3.3. The Studio – The Service Provider, also operating under the trademark "Flame", and managed by the small enterprise "Akrobatikos namai" - sports, dance, and pole acrobatics studio chosen by the Member, and providing Services to the Member upon procedures established under terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3.4. the Services provided by the Studio which give the opportunity to the Member, upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to use: i) halls, functional training area and free weights area of the Studio; ii) equipment/poles/bands/sports equipment/other items available in the Studio; iii) other infrastructure provided by the Studio (changing rooms, WC, shower facilities, etc.). Other services provided/organized by the Studio, such as group training, individual training, Studio rent services, etc.
3.5. Minor Visitor – a Member up to 17 years of age, inclusive. Depending on the context of the terms of the Agreement, a reference to a Member shall be understood as a reference to a Minor Visitor.
3.6. Accompanying Adult Person (hereinafter – the Accompanying Person) – a person 18 years of age or older who is responsible for the Minor Visitor during his/her stay in the Studio.
4. The requirements of these Rules are equally binding on all Members, Minor Visitors, and the Studio itself.
5. Members who violate or do not fulfill the requirements of these Rules may be subject to liability measures, as well as be subject to termination of the Service provision agreement (Sports, dance and acrobatics).
6. These Rules, their amendments and additions, are approved by the Meeting of the Members of the Small Enterprise.
II. PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING MEMBERSHIP AND USING RESERVATIONS
1. Membership purchase, account registration
1.1. The Member is granted with the right to use the Services provided by the Studio after the Member chooses and purchases an acceptable Membership.
1.2. The Member creates his/her personal account on the Studio website at www.poleflame.lt and ensures that the Member's personal data (name, surname, contact phone number and e-mail) are always up-to-date.
1.3. The Member who created a Member's account agrees to: i) provide true, accurate, complete information about himself/herself as indicated in the registration forms (fields); (ii) promptly update the Registration Data to be true, accurate, valid and complete; iii) use only one Member account for the Studio Services; iv) prevent the personal account of the Member from being used by third parties; v) not to use another person's name when registering and/or updating data. If the Member provides any incorrect, inaccurate, inappropriate, incomplete information, as well as information that belongs to another natural or legal person, or if the Studio has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided by the Member is incorrect, inaccurate, inappropriate or incomplete, or belongs to another natural or legal person, the Studio may limit and/or prohibit the access to the Member's account and refuse to provide the Services for the whole or for a specific time.
1.4. The e-mail used for each Member's login and the created password shall be personal and not transferred to any third parties. The Member shall inform the Studio about any changes to his/her personal data (name, surname, contact phone number) and is responsible for preventing unauthorized third-party access to the account and/or personal login and password on his/her behalf. In addition, the Member shall be solely responsible for the selection, loss, theft or unauthorized use of any password and any consequences thereof.
1.5. In all cases, the Member shall be solely responsible for the proper use of the account, the safekeeping of his/her password and shall refrain from using the password for illegal purposes or for any purpose contrary to these Rules.
1.6. Member's account deletion and cancellation. The Member's account may be deleted based on the Member's written request within thirty (30) calendar days, as well as at the initiative of the Studio within thirty (30) calendar days if the Member performs (performed) actions prohibited by these Rules, the Studio may also unilaterally delete the Member's account or restrict access to the Studio services or their part at any time without any prior notice and any refund of paid money.
2. Payment and activation of Services and Membership
2.1. After the Member chooses the Membership that suits him/her best, he/she shall purchase it via website www.poleflame.lt or pay in cash before the start of the first training session after physically arriving at the Studio. When paying in cash at the Studio, the Member shall additionally inform the Studio via Facebook message (@Flame – Akrobatikos ir šokio namai) or via e-mail info@poleflame.lt about the type of Membership selected and the start of its activation, and if paying for another person, shall also indicate the name and surname of that person.
2.2. While purchasing membership via website Member chooses membership start date by himself. In case this step is skipped, then Membership gets activated as of purchasing moment. When ordering Membership with payment in cash on a first arrival, Membership is activated in 24 hours after received request to do so. The Studio reserves the right to extend the Membership activation time in special, unforeseen cases, as well as due to unexpected reasons and/or force majeure circumstances. In such event, the Studio shall immediately notify the Member of the delays and the planned completion dates for the restoration works.
2.3. The validity period of Membership begins from the date of activation of the Membership, regardless of whether the Member has started using the Services or not.
2.4. 2.1. The procedure for payment and activation of Membership, as set out under Item 2.1 is of fundamental importance to both the Member and the Studio. In the event that the Member himself/herself does not properly fulfill the duty of informing the Studio about the start (date) of Membership activation, the Studio shall not be responsible for the negative consequences arisen for the Member, and will not compensate him/her for any losses and will not return the money paid by the Member, nor will accept any claims arising on this basis and requests to change the date of Membership activation retroactively.
3. Procedure for using the Membership
3.1. The Membership is personal. It is prohibited to transfer it to another person without the prior permission of the Studio, otherwise the Membership will be blocked without any prior warning.
3.2. The Studio uses a tiered system of Memberships and training difficulty levels. Its Members shall follow the steps recommended by the Studio and shall gradually increase the load of exercises.
3.3. A new Member with absolutely no Pole dance sports experience, shall begin his/her training at the Studio from the Intro course and to participate in at least (6) Pole Intro / Exotic Intro training sessions during the first two (2) Intro introductory course months. In all cases, Intro introductory course is considered to be the basic course intended not only to prepare the Member for more complex, higher-level training, but also to properly instruct and train the Member in the scope of the necessary safety rules, and for this reason, the Studio in pursuit of the safety of its Members and for the purpose of providing of high level of Services, shall have the right to prevent a Member from attending a higher level of training Intro if the Member has not completed at least six (6) Pole Intro / Exotic Intro training sessions.
3.4. Booking of a place in group training. The Member who wants to participate in group trainings shall reserve a place in the selected trainings in advance through his/her personal account or through a special app on his/her smart phone. The number of places for group trainings in the Studio is limited, and if the Member does not reserve the place, the Studio cannot not guarantee that there will be free places and that the Member will be able to participate in the training without reservations. The exception is the Intro Membership, with this Membership a place in the relevant Intro level lesson is always guaranteed, but bookings are still necessary to get used to the future system after the Intro membership.
3.5. The Member is provided with an opportunity to independently manage his/her Membership(s) in his/her personal account or through a special app on his/her smart phone, to choose training session times and reserve them, choose a specific date and time, thereby securing a guaranteed place in them.
3.6. Membership reservations for trainings are always open, so reservations can be made even months in advance with a relevant Membership valid for more than one (1) month (Fan). If there are free places in the training session, the Member can register for them even ten (10) minutes before the start of them.
3.7. The Studio allows the Member to use the waitlist function if there are no free places in the desired training session, and if a place becomes available, the Member receives an automatic message from the reservation system, and can reserve the place in the training as soon as possible, or refuse the place if the Member does not intend to go to the training session any more. Being on the waiting list preserves an available place for five (5) minutes. If the Member does not manage to reserve a place during this time, the reservation opportunity passes to another Member on the waiting list. The maximum possible number of Members on the waiting list is eight (8). After one cycle (40 min) and in the event that the vacant place has not been reserved, the cycle starts again. A vacant place will then be offered to Members on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis until one of them reserves it or all of them refuse it. The vacant place becomes visible again to other members who are not on the waiting list only when there are no more waiting members on the waiting list.
3.8. The Member has the right to cancel the reserved workout at least 8 (eight) hours before its start. If less than eight (8) hours remain before the start of the training, the possibility of cancelling the training disappears and in case of non-participation, the reserved time is considered to be as used and will be deducted from the Membership. The Studio shall not be responsible for violations of the Member's reservations and cancellation procedures, as well as negative consequences for the Member due to such violations/Member's distraction, shall not compensate him/her for any losses and will not return the money paid by the Member, nor will accept claims arising on this basis or requests to restore reserved training times.
3.9. The Member wishing to transfer the Membership to another person shall submit a written request (in free form) to the Studio and indicate the name and surname of the specific person to whom the Membership is transferred, and pay a one-time Membership transfer fee, which is determined by the Studio in each specific case.
3.10. The Member who wants to participate in group training shall reserve a place in the selected training in advance through his/her personal account or through a special app on his/her smart phone. If a cheaper Membership is changed to a more expensive one, the Member shall pay the difference of the Membership price according to the prices valid in the Studio on the day of the Membership change. The Member cannot change a more expensive membership into a cheaper one.
3.11. The minimum number of members in a group training is 4 persons. In case when four (4) hours before the start of the workout remain, the specified minimum number of Members do not register for a specific group training, the Studio has the right to cancel such a group training and notify (by automatic email, Facebook Messenger or SMS) the registered Members about the cancellation of the training. The Member agrees to the procedure specified under this Item and will not make claims on this basis, and will not demand the return of the paid money or part of it and will not ask to extend the validity period of the Membership because of the cancelled training on the basis specified in this Item.
3.12. In cases where training is cancelled due to other, unforeseen and unexpected reasons, as well as force majeure circumstances, decisions of authorities, etc., the Members may be informed about the cancellation of the trainings and Services less than four (4) hours before the training/start of the provision of Services, and the Studio will communicate with the Member individually regarding the compensation procedure.
3.13. The Member is informed that the Studio does not always have supervising and/or serving staff (e.g. trainer).
4. Storage of member's personal belongings
4.1. The Studio does not provide security services for the Member's personal belongings, but only provides the Member with the opportunity to leave the personal belongings he/she brought with him/her in a place designated for that purpose in the Studio. The Studio shall not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the Member's personal belongings in the Studio, including items left in the dressing room and other premises of the Studio, except for the cases if this is due to the fault of the Studio.
4.2. The Members shall leave the outdoor footwear before entering the training hall.
4.3. Other personal belongings the Members shall leave in the changing rooms.
4.4. The Members are advised not to bring expensive and valuable items to the Studio, and the Member who brings such items, undertakes full responsibility for their safety.
III. RULES OF CONDUCT, RIGHTS AND PROHIBITIONS
1. General rules of conduct
1.1.It is prohibited in the Studio:
1.1.1. to use the Services of the Studio wearing clothing and/or footwear inappropriate for the zones of the Studio, which are dirty or untidy, or not to wear clothing and/or footwear suitable for the zones of the Studio. The Member shall take off his/her outdoor shoes before entering the training area of the Studio and leave them (outdoor shoes) in the designated place.
1.1.2. to bring in and use alcohol, other psychotropic substances, smoke.
1.1.3. At the Studio, including changing rooms and showers, perform personal hygiene procedures except for washing himself/herself, use a hair dryer to dry other parts of the body or clothing (including slippers, bathing suits) instead of the head.
1.1.4. to bring animals to the Studio.
1.1.5. to use the inventory, poles or other equipment of the Studio which is temporarily damaged.
1.1.6. to go to the Studio while suffering from infectious, viral or other contagious diseases, as well as with open wounds and/or other health conditions that pose a risk to the health and/or life of the person himself/herself or other Members, as well as in cases of mandatory (self)isolation applied to the person.
1.1.7. not listen to, ignore the instructions of the Studio staff (trainer).
1.2. General rules of conduct at the Studio:
1.2.1. The Member shall responsibly and carefully use the Services, property and inventory provided by the Studio, take all possible measures so as not to harm his/her own health and property of his/her own, of the Studio, other Studio Members and employees when using the Services.
1.2.2. Before using the equipment and inventory of the Studio, the Member shall familiarize himself/herself with the rules of use of the inventory or equipment, and in case of any uncertainty, not to use this equipment and inventory, and contact the responsible employees of the Studio for providing the necessary information.
1.2.3. The Member shall use the equipment and inventory of the Studio only according to their direct purpose, shall not use the temporarily damaged equipment and inventory.
1.2.4. The Member shall not interfere with the use of the Studio Services by other Members. A Member who notices inappropriate behavior of another Member, who interferes with the use of the Services by other Members or may threaten the safety or health of other Members, shall report this to the responsible employee of the Studio.
1.2.5. The Member shall immediately inform the employees of the Studio about his/her or other Member's health problems or injury suffered while using the Services of the Studio.
1.2.6. It is mandatory to wear sportswear in the gym of the Studio.
1.2.7. After performing the exercises or finishing the group training, the inventory shall be left in order, suitable for use by other Members, mats, other equipment, weights shall be returned into their designated places.
1.2.8. After performing the exercises, the mat used by the Member shall be cleaned with a dedicated cloth and cleaning agent on both sides.
1.2.9. During training, the towels used for cleaning the poles shall be hung on the hooks provided for that purpose, and the sprayers with the disinfectant liquid shall be put back into their place of storage.
1.2.10. After using the screw/unscrew key of the pole (it is only possible with the permission of the supervising trainer), the Member shall return it to the trainer.
1.2.11. Only one person at a time can visit shower and toilet premises. General hygiene and sanitation requirements shall be observed in these premises, and if the Member notices any kind of mess, malfunction or disturbance, he/she shall immediately report it to the trainer present at the Studio at the time or by calling +37062894969.
1.2.12. The member shall respect himself/herself, other members of the community, trainers of the Studio and other Studio staff both during training and other events.
1.2.13. The Member shall follow relevant information, news and announcements about schedule changes on the Facebook account of the Studio and also on the closed member group on Facebook Flame chicks.
2. Health of the Members and prevention of communicable diseases
2.1. A Member with health conditions (infectious, viral, communicable diseases, such as conjunctivitis, coronavirus or flu infection, as well as open wounds, etc.) that may endanger the health and/or life of himself/herself, other Members, Studio staff, and he/she shall inform the Studio about these problems (by phone +37062894969 or e-mail info@poleflame.lt or by Facebook message (@Flame – Akrobatikos ir šokio namai). Members are fully responsible for the suitability of their health condition to use the Services provided by the Studio and the correctness of the data provided about their health condition.
2.2. If the Member is subject to a mandatory (self-)isolation order by government authorities or a doctor, the Member shall not have the right to visit the Studio during such a (self-)isolation period.
2.3. If the staff of the Studio has reasonable doubts about the Member's health condition, the Studio has the right to ask the Member to provide a doctor's certificate about his/her health condition. Medical certificates submitted by Members are not processed automatically and are not systematized or intended to form a data system. If there are doubts about the Member's health and, as a result, it is objectively impossible to provide him/her the Services of adequate quality, and also if the Member does not provide a certificate of his/her health condition, the Studio has the right, on its own initiative and at its discretion, to temporarily suspend the Member from using the Services and suspend his/her Membership. The Studio informs the Member about such suspension immediately after such a decision is made.
2.4. In all cases, before choosing specific Services of the Studio, the Member shall take into account his/her health condition and the possible impact of these Services on him/her, i.e. the Member shall make sure that his/her health condition allows him/her to attend the Studio and use the Services provided by it.
2.5. Members, using the facilities and Services available in the Studio, independently choose their physical activity according to individual needs, personal characteristics, and the effect on the body.
2.6. All responsibility for the Member's health disorders, injuries and accidents that occurred while attending the Studio rests with the Member, except for cases where this damage was The
3. Studio has the right:
3.1. To change the working hours of the Studio, as well as to change the working hours of individual areas of the Studio and to regulate the access to them for Minor Visitors.
3.2. Not to provide Services for up to ninety six (96) hours while performing maintenance works in the premises.
3.3. To define other terms and conditions for the validity of individual Memberships.
3.4. If there are reasonable doubts about the Member's health condition, to ask the Member to stop training and recommend to consult a doctor. Ask to provide a doctor's certificate permitting the use the Services provided by the Studio.
3.5. Not to provide relevant Services to persons with health disorders that may endanger the health and/or life of such persons or other Members.
3.6. For Members who violated Part III, Section 1, Item 1.1. of these Rules, as well as in the cases where the Member causes a threat to other Members of the Studio by his/her behavior or does not follow the instructions of the staff of the Studio, to terminate the validity of the Member's Membership and not allow him/her to enter the Studio. In this case, the Member will be refunded the portion of the Service fee paid for the Membership, proportional to the period remaining until the expiration of the Membership, after deducting the direct reasonable losses incurred by the Studio due to non-compliance with the Rules.
4. The Studio obligates:
4.1. To inform Members about schedule changes.
4.2. To provide Services for the entire membership period, except when the Studio is closed for reasons unrelated to the Member, including, but not limited to, emergency repairs, scheduled repairs, sanitary hygiene issues, or the declaration of an emergency in the country or municipality where the specific Studio is located, quarantine, etc., and, as a result, the Services cannot be used.
4.3. To suspend and extend the validity of a Member's Membership for the period during which the Studio was closed for the reasons listed in these Rules, excluding public holidays.
5. Responsibility of the Studio:
5.1. The Studio provides the Members with the opportunity to use the Services provided by it, but it does not evaluate the impact of these Services on the health of a particular Member, nor guarantees any positive effects, i.e. the Services provided by the Studio, depending on the health condition of a particular Member, may have a negative impact on the Member's health condition, therefore the Member shall be careful and responsible when deciding to attend the Studio and choose specific Services provided by the Studio.
5.2. The Studio will not compensate the Member neither any material nor non-material damage caused to the health and life of the Member in relation to the Services provided by the Studio, except in cases where this damage was caused by the fault of the Studio or its staff. The Member confirms that he/she was properly informed and knows and understands that the Studio and its staff will not be liable to the Member if the Member (including Minor Visitors) does not follow the generally accepted safe behavior requirements and/or the instructions of the Studio staff and/or the Rules.
5.3. If an accident occurs at the Studio, during which the Member suffers damage to his/her health, and the Member refuses to call an ambulance or leaves the Studio until the arrival of the ambulance, or refuses to receive medical aid at the arrival of the ambulance, in such cases the Member shall be fully responsible for any suffered damage and the consequences related to it, if this damage (consequences) do not occur due to the fault of the staff of the Studio.
5.4. The Studio has no obligation to compensate for the inconvenience experienced by the Member, if the training specified in the schedule was conducted by another instructor or the training did not take place due to objectively justified reasons and if the Members were immediately informed of this in accordance with the procedure set forth in these Rules.
IV. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, PROVIDING OFFERS, VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
1. The personal data of the Member (name, surname, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail, image, health condition and disorders, suffered injuries, history of purchased Memberships, price paid, reserved trainings) are processed in accordance with the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable laws and legal acts, and according to the procedures established by them.
2. The Member has the right to know (be informed) about the processing of his/her personal data. After the Parties conclude the Agreement on the Provision of Sports, Dance and Acrobatics Services, it is considered that the Member is properly informed and has given his/her consent for the processing of his/her personal data. The Studio, after concluding the Agreement with the Member, has a legitimate interest in collecting and processing information about the Member in order to execute this Agreement.
3. Any Member who has submitted to the Studio a document confirming his/her personal identity or in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts, or by electronic means of communication, which allow a proper identification of the person, and who has confirmed his/her personal identity, has the right to familiarize himself/herself with his/her personal data managed by the Studio on a free of charge basis and to receive information from which sources and what his/her personal data was collected, for what purpose it is processed, to which recipients the data is provided and was provided in the last year.
4. The Studio, after it receives the request of the Member, shall respond no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, whether the Member's personal data is processed and provide the requested data or indicate the reasons for refusing to fulfill such a request. At the member's request, such data shall be provided in writing or by e-mail.
5. If the Member, having familiarized himself/herself with his/her personal data, determines that his/her personal data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, and applies to the responsible person of the Studio, the responsible person shall immediately check this data and, on the basis of a written request of the data subject submitted in person, by email or by electronic communication means, shall correct incorrect, inaccurate, supplements incomplete personal data processed by the Studio and/or suspend the actions of processing of such personal data, except for storage, until the incorrect, inaccurate personal data will be corrected, incomplete personal data is completed or the personal data is destroyed.
6. The Member who does not agree to the processing of his/her personal data, may submit his/her objection to the Studio in person, by mail or by means of electronic communication in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
7. If the Member's objection is legally justified, the Company immediately terminates the processing of such personal data, except for cases established by legal acts.
8. At the request of the data subject, the Studio shall notify the Member of the termination of his/her personal data processing operations or refusal to terminate such data processing operations.
9. If the information provided in the Member's application is not sufficient to determine the Member's identity, the Studio has the right to inform the Member about the need to come to the Studio and provide an identity document.
10. The information (but not its content) may be provided to the Member verbally, and, depending on his/her request, by allowing access to the document, providing a certificate, an extract of the document or a paper copy of the document, electronic media, access to the information file. If the form of information submission is not specified in the request, the Studio shall provide it in the same form as the request was received.
11. The Member agrees to receive information sent by the Studio by e-mail:
11.1. automatic e-mails about the purchase of the Membership, the fact of training session’s reservations, and the date of the Membership expiration.
11.2. automatic e-mails and SMS messages in case the training session is cancelled.
11.3. relevant information about the activities of the Studio, events organized by it, news and changes - by phone, e-mail or other social media channels (Facebook, Instagram).
12. In order to ensure the publicity of the Studio and its promotion, as well as for the purposes of advertising and attracting new Members, the Studio social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) and website www.poleflame.lt contain photos and video material from the Studio’s training sessions, fests or events, etc. By agreeing to these Rules, the Member grants the Studio the right to use the Member's image by reproducing, printing, displaying, publicly announcing, distributing information about the Studio on social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube). The Member has the right to revoke the right granted to the Studio to use his/her image at any time by notifying the Studio by e-mail info@poleflame.lt / or by Facebook message (@Flame – Akrobatikos ir šokio namai).
13. In order to ensure the security of the Studio, its Members and third parties, security of the property, video surveillance of the Studio access (entrance, parking lot, yard) is carried out, and the Member's image will be stored in the database of the Studio or a third party providing security monitoring services for no longer than fourteen (14) calendar days. Under certain circumstances, when it is necessary to protect the interests of the Studio, the Member or the third party (for example, in the event of an accident, emergency situation, theft, other crime, breach of law, and these Rules), the storage period may be extended until an investigation is completed and/or the final decision is made.
V. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The Studio and the Member, while executing this Agreement and following the Rules, shall cooperate and seek the most economical way of implementation of this Agreement and the Rules.
2. A message or other information sent by e-mail / Facebook Messenger will be considered received on the day it was actually sent or on the next working day, if the day the e-mail was sent was a non-working day or if the e-mail was sent on working days after 5:00 p.m. (as of local time of the recipient of the message or information).
3. The Parties shall exert every effort to resolve any disputes amicably, but if the disputes cannot be resolved, the Member can always apply to the State Service for the Protection of Consumer Rights (Vilniaus St. 25, Vilnius,www.vvtat.lt) or directly to the competent court based on the place of registered office of the Studio. These Rules are regulated and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Detailed and up-to-date versions of the Rules of the Studio are published and can be reviewed each time while purchasing Membership.
5. By purchasing a Membership, by ticking the check mark, the Member confirms that he has familiarized himself with these Rules and agrees to abide by them, and assumes responsibility for non-compliance with the conditions and obligations set out in the Rules and the consequences caused by this non-compliance.
6. By signing the Rules, parents/guardians of Minor Visitors confirm the fact that:
6.1. The health condition of the Minor Visitor allows him/her to use the Services of the Studio;
6.2. The Minor Visitor has fully familiarized himself/herself with these Rules and will comply with them;
6.3. The damage caused to the Studio and to third parties by the Minor Visitor will be compensated in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
6.4. they are responsible for the behavior of the Minor Visitor in the Studio and any health disorders of the Minor Visitor caused by neglect or improper care of the Minor Visitor, or failure to fulfill other duties as of parents (guardians).
