This is a workout for advanced Pole Sport category enthusiasts. During these sessions, tricks and figures of various complexity are usually performed on the pole from so called "second floor" - a few meters above the floor. Various combinations of tricks and exercises are created, while focusing on smooth transitions from one to another. During the workout all tricks and combinations are performed on a spinning pole as well, which requires much more strength and coordination, but even the simplest things look much more impressive. The goal of the training is to easily repeat on a spinning pole all the tricks, learnt on the static one. This is a very important skill for those who want and plan to perform, participate in competitions and feel completely free in the world of Pole Dance. Recommended outfit - leggings and socks for warm-up (especially in winter), during the remaining session - shorts and a T-shirt.
