Edvinas was not sporty in his childhood, quite the opposite - he often considered sports a challenge and did not have a good relationship with physical activity. During his studies, he tried running, attended modern dance classes, looking for an area that would involve him and where he would not have to force himself to come to training just because he had to. The guy first took a pole dance class in 2016, encouraged by a friend who had recently started attending: "When I came to the class, I couldn't wait to try it myself, for some reason I had a feeling that I would like it and succeed, although it was definitely not easy, and watching others who were already good at something, I got a little anxious."

And here Edvinas was not mistaken, because pole dancing became a real discovery – for him it is not just a sport, but artistry and an opportunity to express himself, break stereotypes and create. "When I realized that pole dancing would not disappear from my life, I started looking for ways to expand my activities. Just attending classes was no longer enough, I started doing performances, and later I wanted to conduct classes and participate in competitions." Since then, pole dancing has become the axis of the guy's life – all work, daily activities, as well as creative projects and travels revolve around it: "the most important question when choosing a job is whether I will have time to dance after it."

In addition to pole dancing, Edvinas received his education at the Vilnius Academy of Arts – he studied graphics in the bachelor's program, painting in the master's program, and also graduated from the Make-up Academy, a professional make-up artist program. This artistic experience further strengthens his creativity in pole performances and is revealed in his competition costumes. Edvinas admits that he is very motivated by his athletic growth and the support of like-minded people, and his secret dream would be to travel more with pole dance events, competitions, performances and seminars.
