TYPE - Pole Sport
LEVEL - Intro program, first 8 sessions
DURATION - 1 hour
First acquaintance with the Pole Sport category. During these workouts you will be learning basic rotations, grips, climbing, sitting, simple tricks, and general preparation for further workouts. Lots of attention is paid to physical preparation and strengthening of the body. Recommended outfit - leggings and socks for warm-up (especially in winter), during the remaining session - shorts and a T-shirt.
