TYPE - Pole Sport

LEVEL - Intro program, first 2 months.

DURATION - 1 hour.

First acquaintance with the Pole Sport category. During these workouts you will be learning basic rotations, grips, climbing, sitting, simple tricks, and general preparation for further workouts. Lots of attention is paid to physical preparation and strengthening of the body. These are the only Flame sessions in larger gropus where poles are shared. Recommended outfit - leggings and socks for warm-up (especially in winter), during the remaining session - shorts and a T-shirt.
