LEVEL - All levels, after Intro program
DURATION - 1 hour
Training for members of all levels. The individual Pole Dance experience is taken into account, exercises and tricks are balanced accordingly so that everyone can train at their own level. Twice a week, Pole Mix takes place at lunch time 12:00 - a great opportunity to exercise during the day and save the evening time, needed for personal activities / family gatherings. Recommended outfit - jumper, leggings and socks for warm-up (especially in winter), during the remaining session - shorts and a T-shirt.
