A workout for stretching and joint mobility, which develops the flexibility of the whole body and the ability to perform exercises gracefully. This training emphasizes the mobility of the back, shoulders, upper body, more attention is paid to the opening of the hips, stretching of the legs and feet splits, middle splits. You will learn to feel your body and expand the limits of it's possibilities. Flexibility is an integral part of any sport and helps to achieve the desired results. We recommend attending at least one session per week right from the Intro Program.
