DURATION - 1 hour
Training for members of all levels. Suitable for both beginners and advanced users. Lots of attention is paid to physical preparation and strengthening of the body. The individual Pole Dance experience is taken into account, exercises and tricks are balanced accordingly so that everyone can train at their own level. Twice a week, Early birds take place in the early mornings - it's a great opportunity to exercise before all the work of the day - it's a real charge of energy and good mood for the whole day! Recommended outfit - jumper, leggings and socks for warm-up (especially in winter), during the remaining session - shorts and a T-shirt.
